Effective 31 October 2002, Klaus W. Schäfer will, as agreed, step down from TTL AGs managing board. Klaus W. Schäfer is one of the companys founders (1977) and following the IPO in 1999 became Chairperson of the Managing Board. Klaus W. Schäfer will retain close links with the company in the future, and assist it in an advisory capacity. As his successor, the supervisory board had already appointed Axel Hamann to the managing board in August.
