The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Munich, December 2, 2002 – By January 1, 2003 the provider of software solutions SHS Informationssysteme AG (ISIN DE 000 507 240 9) listed on the Neuer Markt is under new direction: the former member of the board of telegate Dirk Roesing (39) is appointed as new chairman of the board of directors from the supervisory board. As his most important duties in the first months count the take over of the financial department and the further strategic development of the group. Roesing acted five years as Chief Financial Officer for the successful directory enquiry service provider 11880 and is considered to be an “old stager” within the Neuer Markt.
