The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Swiss company IGS increases by EUR 7.6 million the order volume for the major project being implemented by BOV Following on from the successful conclusion of the overall concept phase, the Swiss company Informatikgesellschaft für Sozialversicherungen GmbH (IGS) has extended the volume of the general contractor contract signed with the BOV Group at the end of 2001 by EUR 7.6 million. This follow-up contract involves extended functionalities in the software system and the admission of additional canton social security services to the IT network of IGS. This means that the total volume of the project has increased to EUR 23.4 million, not including the costs for the requisite hardware platform. Now that the business process analysis and overall concept phases have been successfully concluded, the “VISTA” project under the central control of the Swiss BOV subsidiary company Glance AG is now moving into the implementation phase which is scheduled for completion in 2004.
