Uwe Schroeder-Wildberg appointed new Chief Executive Officer

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Uwe Schroeder-Wildberg appointed new Chief Executive Officer Heidelberg, 17th December 2003 – At today’s meeting of the supervisory board of MLP AG, Dr. Uwe Schroeder-Wildberg was unanimously appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer, with effect from 1st January 2004. The 38 year-old Schroeder-Wildberg succeeds Dr. Bernhard Termühlen, who has decided to leave the company at the end of this year. “During the last twelve months Uwe Schroeder-Wildberg has impressively demonstrated outstanding expertise in his position as Chief Financial Officer. Since October he has been acting CEO of the company, during which time his expertise and personality have gained him the trust of the MLP consultants and employees.
