SAP SI increases revenues in Q3 significantly

According to preliminary figures, SAP Systems Integration AG (SAP SI) generated revenues of EUR90.8 million in the third quarter of 2004 (July 1 to September 30). This represents a 28.7 percent increase over the same period in 2003 (EUR70.6 million). Earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) rose by 60.8 percent, from EUR11.2 million to EUR17.9 million. EBIT margin totaled 19.7 percent, compared with 15.8 percent in 2003. Accumulated revenues for the first nine months were up by 26.1 percent to EUR253.3 million (EUR200.9 million in 2003). EBIT rose by 55.3 percent, from EUR27.1 million (13.5 percent margin) to EUR42.1 million (16.6 percent margin). These figures do not include receipts from the sale of SAP SI’s Swiss and US subsidiaries to SAP AG, effective October 1, 2004.
