The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of Eckert & Ziegler (ISIN DE0005659700) have decided on the yesterday’s Supervisory Board meeting to recommend a dividend payment of 0.25 EUR per share to the shareholder meeting on 31 May 2005. The amount corresponds to about a third of the Earnings from Continuing Operations (0.74 EUR per share). Total Earnings for 2005 (including discontinued operations) are 1.09 EUR per share.
