EUR (previous year 25,4 mill. EUR) and with a net loss of 22,9 mill. EUR (previous year 35,8 mill. EUR) for Armstrong DLW Group. Armstrong DLW AG generated revenue of 156,3 mill. EUR in 2004 (previous year 149,4 mill. EUR) and Armstrong DLW Group 368,1 mill. EUR (previous year 382,9 mill. EUR). 2004 net losses at Armstrong DLW AG and Armstrong DLW Group were due to slow growth in commercial construction markets, with resulting pressure on margins. During 2004, Armstrong DLW invested in new products and sales activities. Further Investment, cost reduction and efficiency projects win continue to be implemented in 2005 In order to significantly improve competitiveness. The majority shareholder is providing continued support to Armstrong DLW Group during this period of Investment. Additionally, Armstrong DLW AG announces that CFO Frank Auer left the company effective 31.March, 2005. Chairman of the Management Board David M. Randich provisionally takes over Frank Auers’ field of responsibility, and will be temporarily supported by a chief representative, T.
