SHS partners with KSI and Systech to optimize customer management

By cooperating with these two companies, SHS will be able to cover the entire process chain, from the evaluation of applications from new customers, through the management of existing customers, to professional credit and receivables management. The desire to provide customers with comprehensive customer management solutions and optimum support is what motivated us to enter into this partnership with SHS, says Harald Hahn, managing director of Kasolvenzia Holding GmbH. This cooperation will pool the know-how of three proven experts in their fields. The larger amount of data available to customers will greatly improve their risk management prospects. For example, KSI customers can now use the CMS link (an SAP-integrated cockpit for credit management) to access the SHS Agency Gateway, which is the only standard software to retrieve data from more than 40 credit agencies. It will also be possible to use the Agency Gateway to integrate the CMS Pool of KSI – the first “real” business information data pool in the B2B field. Customers will also benefit from the fact that SHS is intensifying its cooperation with Systech Software GmbH. In the future, Systech customers will be able to access credit agency information from the SHS Agency Gateway. As a result, SHS, KSI and Systech customers will all have a wider spectrum of up-to-date information from various sources available to them, which will assist them in the evaluation of their own customers. “This cooperation has thrown open the door to modern customer management.
