The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Essen, 29.04.2005 Christoph Junge (35) has been appointed as a new member of the managing board of BOV group as at May 1st 2005. Holding degrees in engineering and business administration, he signs responsible for finance, adminstration and parts of the operating business. In the last two years Junge was heading the corporate finance and development department and is in charge of the repositioning and restructuring of subsidiary BOV Business Applications GmbH as a general manager. Christoph Junge has fundamental know-how in both, IT and financial markets. As CFO of Hamburg based plan business market enabling services AG from 2001 to 2003, he was leading a group of companies with 250 SAP consultants. Furthermore, Mr. Junge was a senior consultant Mergers & Acquisitions as well as chief executive officer of IPO consultancy with Angermann & Partner. The appointment of Christoph Junge as member of the board follows the ending of the contracts of former members of the board, Prof. Peter Bienert and Reinhold Hartwich as at March 31st 2005.
