(Deutsche Börse – Prime Standard: BPW) has issued 1 million new shares at a price of 1.10 Euros per share. The new shares were subscribed by VEM Aktienbank AG, Munich (Germany), and placed amongst a number of German institutions. Rocco Pellegrinelli, Chief Executive Officer of Brainpower, participated in subscribing the placement by buying 100,000 shares.
