SHS Informationssysteme AG successfully completes capital increase

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— SHS Informationssysteme AG successfully completes capital increase Munich, 4th November 2005 – The company SHS Informationssysteme AG, as listed in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (WKN 507240), successfully completed the capital increase by using part of the agreed capital announced on 14th October 2005. In total 707,139 bearer shares with an issue price of 3.25 Euro per share were issued. Shares, that were not subscribed by executing the statutory purchase rights, have been issued to institutional investors in course of a private placement. The company will collect 2.3 million Euro in cash as gross proceeds. This will primarily be used to finance the cash component of the acquisition of Systech Software GmbH, Kastl, which was decided on 7th October 2005.
