Travel24.com AG: capital increase

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Munich – February 24th, 2006 – To further strengthen the company’s financial leeway, the Board of Management of Travel24.com AG has decided, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, to implement a capital increase for cash ex new, whereby share capital will be raised by up to 150,000 to 1,759,584 shares. The new shares will be issued at a price of EUR 2.70. The issue was subscribed by investors and conducted by VEM Aktienbank, Munich. The registration with the Commercial Registry and the listing of the new shares will be filed for shortly.
