The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— PSI Awarded Contract for Control System Projects in Malaysia The PSI CNI GmbH, a subsidiary of the PSI Group offering energy control technology internationally, has been selected as the supplier for three additional network control systems by Malaysia’s largest energy supplier Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB). Following the implementation of the control system of the distribution network for the TNB-Metro-Region by PSI CNI, this means that in the future the electrical supply for the entire Malaysian peninsula will be controlled by PSI systems. Originally founded as a joint venture for the global marketing of complete energy control solutions, PSI CNI GmbH has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of the PSI Group since the end of 2005. The TNB decision underlines the competitiveness of the PSI solutions and means another important step on the way to becoming an international provider of high-end energy control technology. PSI AG develops and integrates individual solutions, on the basis of its own software, for the management of large networks (electricity, gas, oil, telecommunications, transport), cross-company production management (steel, chemicals, machinery, automotive, logistics) and information management for government and service providers.
