PATRIZIA Immobilien AG has had its acquisition of further real estate portfolios comprising a total of 398 residential units signed. The three portfolios occupy favourable locations in Hamburg and Munich and add up to a total purchase volume of approximately EUR 33.2 million. The two objects in Munich, located in districts north of the city centre, together comprise 303 residential units and 8,700 m2 of net floor space. The 95 apartments purchased southeast of Hamburg have 7,970 m2 of net floor space in all. PATRIZIA plans to privatise all three portfolios completely. PATRIZIA Immobilien AG has thus added a total of 1,387 apartments to its portfolio of residential real estate since the start of fiscal 2006.
