Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG: First Quarter figures

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG has achieved a turnover of 11.1 million EUR during the first three months of the current fiscal year. The company, specialized in the projection of turnkey-ready solar plants, was capable of slightly exceeding their own planning in an industry typical weak first quarter. In the period between January 1st and March 31st 2006, the company’s EBIT amounts to -157 thousand EUR. The particularly long-lasting and snowy winter influenced the company’s results, which made the realization of projects difficult during the first quarter. In contrast, the less yield-strong trading business had a higher share of the company’s total turnover. Due to the outstanding order situation and the good supply contracts, the Executive Board also assumes an extremely positive development of the company in the business year of 2006.
