William Slee and Thomas Geitner were confirmed for a further period of office. Roland Lacher, founder and previously Chief Executive Officer of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG had already announced on March 10, 2006 to step down from his active position as Chief Executive Officer and to retire after the Annual General Meeting 2006. At the same time, he had also agreed to run for membership of the Supervisory Board since the long-time Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Alexander von Engelhardt, decided not to run for reelection due to age considerations. Subsequently to the Annual General Meeting the new Supervisory Board of the company convened for its constituent meeting and appointed Roland Lacher as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG.
