SHS Informationssysteme AG becomes SHS VIVEON AG

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Change in company name is an important step during integration of the subsidiaries Martinsried, August 4th, 2006 – SHS Informationssysteme AG has taken an important step for the integration of the subsidiaries SHS Systech Software GmbH and VIVEON AG, both acquired in recent months. With the registration in the Commercial Registry on August 3rd, 2006 the company now operates under the name SHS VIVEON AG. With this, the integration of the acquired subsidiaries, which is running at full steam, also becomes visible for the outside. As of now, the solution, product and consulting competencies in the field of customer risk and customer value management will be bundled under the parent company SHS VIVEON AG. “The integration of each single subsidiary is the logical consequence of the take-overs. Herewith we can advise our customers from one source throughout the entire value chain. Further, we are creating the base for the realization of inter-company synergies”, explains CEO Dirk Roesing the latest actions. “Our future company structure is adapted to market requirements. Thereby, we can even better deliver outstanding product and consulting services in the area of customer management.” Part of the integration measures is also the rebranding of the entire company group. In future, besides a new company appearance and new company logo, the products will be marketed under a unified umbrella brand name. At the same time the processes and responsibilities within the group will be redefined and decision processes will be shortened. The brand change of the existing subsidiaries, expected in the coming weeks, supports a unified appearance towards the customers. The management has estimated approx. 0.2 mill € for the integration measures, which should be successfully completed by the end of the year. Thus, the SHS VIVEON AG will be able to benefit to the fullest from the market opportunities in the area of the customer risk and customer value management. Martinsried-based SHS VIVEON AG is listed on the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and operates subsidiaries in Spain and Switzerland. The IT services provider focuses on offering customer management and credit risk management solutions to companies with a broad customer base. In 2005, the company recorded revenues of EUR 41 million.
