The new software combines internal information on credit worthiness of existing customers with external data of credit agencies and payment datapools. The outcome is a company wide, consistent and daily updated information base to systematically improve the credit risk management of Raab Karcher and consequently minimises the risk of bad debts. A smooth integration into existing workflows at Raab Karcher speeds up credit allowance decisions and enables an efficient credit risk management. Since the German wide roll-out, over 400 users of the sales and credit management departments of the Raab Karcher offices benefit of the SHS VIVEON solution.
