CeoTronics AG: Revenues approx €3,802 thousand after 3 months of fiscal year 06/07

The record revenues of the previous year were nearly met. Orders in hand as of August 31, 2006 rose by 45.1% year on year. The final detailed consolidated figures for the Group will be published together with the Q1 2006/2007 report following their approval on October 13, 2006. ————————————————————————— Information and Explaination of the Issuer to this News: Due to the holiday season and reduction of overtime, the high revenue level of the year before could not be exceeded. Even though German authorities heavily reduced overtime hours and holiday entitlements accumulated during the 2006 World Cup and therefore many of CeoTronics clients could not be reached, CeoTronics managed to enlarge the very high order backlog of the preceding year.
