Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG has today published its report on the third quarter 06 on its German website www.rpse.de. Apart from the usual presentation of business development in the third quarter, detailed information is given on the particular occurrences after 30/09/2006. On 11/11/2006, Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG announced a change in the Executive Board as well as a serious revision of the targets projected so far. Based on improvements in the internal controlling system and decisive restructuring measures, steps have been introduced to bring the company back on the path of solid growth. The quarterly report published today is also meant to give an overview on the current situation of the company and its future provisions.
