Changes to the CENIT Executive Board
The CENIT Supervisory Board appoints Kurt Bengel to the Executive Board

Stuttgart, December 18, 2006 ? The CENIT Supervisory Board has appointed
Kurt Bengel (44) to the Executive Board of CENIT AG Systemhaus with effect
from January 1, 2007. Kurt Bengel has worked for CENIT since the company
was founded in 1988 and was previously employed as Director of PLM
Solutions and authorized representative for the company. With effect from
January 1, 2007, Kurt Bengel will take over the e-engineering segment and
as from August 1, 2007 will be responsible for the overall day-to-day
operations of CENIT. In accordance with his contract, Chairman of the
Executive Board Andreas Schmidt is leaving the company on July 31, 2007.
Executive Board member Hubertus Manthey will leave the company, on February
28, 2007. The Executive Board areas of Marketing, Human Resources and
Investor Relations will be taken over by CFO Christian Pusch (46). On
August 1, 2007 Christian Pusch, who has been a member of the CENIT
Executive Board since 2002, will assume the function of Chairman from
Andreas Schmidt.

The CENIT Supervisory Board would like to thank at this point both Andreas
Schmidt and Hubertus Manthey for the many years of successful collaboration
and wishes both gentlemen all the best and continued success for the
future.
