Islands has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via
shares its voting rights on OPEN Business Club AG, Hamburg, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE000XNG8888, WKN: XNG888, have fallen below the 10% limit of the
voting rights on December 11, 2006 and now amount to 7.85% (this
corresponds to 408562 voting rights).
According to article 22, section 1, No. 1 WpHG, 7.85% of the voting_rights
(this corresponds to 408562 voting rights) is to be attributed to the
company from Wellington Partners Ventures III Technology Fund L.P.
