Correction of the Notification dated 08. January 2007 Notification pursuant
to Section 21 (1) Securities Trading Act

Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Advisers, LLC, 1345 Avenue of the Americas, New
York, NY 10105, USA, has informed us pursuant to Section 21 (1) Securities
Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) that on January 5, 2007, the
shareholding imputed to Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings, Inc. (the
parent company of Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Advisers, LLC), 1345 Avenue
of the Americas, New York, NY 10105, USA, of voting rights in Vossloh AG,
Vosslohstraße 4, 58791 Werdohl, Germany fell below the 5 percent threshold
and that it currently is imputed to hold 4.24 percent of voting rights in
this company (624,308 out of the 14,735,795 outstanding voting shares).
These voting rights are attributed to Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings,
Inc. pursuant to Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 in conjunction with
Section 22 (1) sentences 2 and 3.

Furthermore, Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Advisers, LLC, 1345 Avenue of the
Americas, New York, NY 10105, USA, has informed us pursuant to Sections 21
(1), 24 Securities Trading Act that on January 5, 2007, its shareholding in
Vossloh AG, Vosslohstraße 4, 58791 Werdohl, Germany fell below the 5
percent threshold and amounts to 4.24 percent of the voting rights (624,308
out of the 14,735,795 outstanding voting shares).
