informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its
voting rights on HCI Capital AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0D9Y97,
WKN: A0D9Y9, have exceeded the 3,5 and 10% limit of the voting rights on
February 05, 2007 and now amount to 10.19% (this corresponds to 2445000
voting rights).
According to article 22, section 1, No. 1 WpHG, 10.00% of the voting_rights
(this corresponds to 2400000 voting rights) is to be attributed to the
company from Döhle ICL Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH
