disclosure of voting rights (Stimmrechtsmitteilung) pursuant to Sec. 21 et
seq. WpHG:
'We, the Investment Manager, hereby inform you that on 02/26/2007 we have
fallen below the threshold of 3% of the share of voting rights in Deutsche
Boerse AG, 60485 Frankfurt, HRB Nr. 32232, ('Issuer'). Henceforth, our
share of voting rights amounts to 2.96%. These are to be ascribed to us
pursuant to sec. 22 paragraph 1, sentence 1, number 6 WpHG.'
