according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Allianz
SE, München, Deutschland have fallen below the 3% threshold on February 09,
2007 and now amount to 2.44% (10562988 shares).
All voting rights are attributed to JP Morgan Chase & Co. persuant to
article 22, section 1, No. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.
