via shares its voting rights on ARQUES Industries AG, Starnberg,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005156004, WKN: 515600, have exceeded the 3% limit of
the voting rights on February 28, 2007 and now amount to 3.02% (this
corresponds to 732094 voting rights). According to article 22, section 1,
No. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG, 3.02% of the voting rights (this
