On March 8, 2007, FMR Corp., Boston, Massachusetts, USA, has informed us
according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights
on PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN: DE000PAT1AG3; WKN: PAT1AG), Augsburg,
Germany, have exceeded the 5% limit of the voting rights on February 15,
2007 and now amount 5.10%. This corresponds to 2.659.800 voting rights.
