Ahlers AG increases dividend

After having established the annual financial statements as of November 30,
2006 of Ahlers AG and approved the consolidated financial statements of
Ahlers AG for the year ended November 30, 2006, Supervisory Board and
Management Board of Ahlers AG have resolved to propose a dividend increase
to 2.95 EUR (previous year 0.95 EUR) per ordinary share and 3.00 EUR
(previous year 1.00 EUR) per preference share to the Annual Shareholders’
Meeting to be held on May 3, 2007. Ahlers AG is thus letting its
shareholders participate in the good results achieved in fiscal 2005/06 due
to disposal of the eterna Group.
