Edinburgh, Scotland EH3 8BH, has given us notice pursuant to Section 21 (1)
that its share of the total voting rights in Vossloh AG, Vosslohstrasse 4,
58791 Werdohl, has decreased below the threshold of 3% on 8 March, 2007
when voting rights reached 2.91%, which totals to 428,551 voting shares.
All of these voting rights were attributable to them under Section 22
paragraph 1 sent. 1 No 6 WpHG.
