United Internet completes sale of twenty4help

Montabaur, March 13, 2007. United Internet AG has completed the sale of its
subsidiary twenty4help Knowledge Service AG to Teleperformance SA.

The sale of the United Internet Group member twenty4help to
Teleperformance, as announced in an ad-hoc statement on January 19, 2007,
was finally completed yesterday with the signature of the corresponding
takeover agreements. The last barriers were removed over the last few days
with the approval of Germany’s antitrust authorities and the submission of
twenty4help’s audited annual financial statements for 2006. The purchase
price was paid fully in cash.
