section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights on HanseYachts AG,
Greifswald, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KF6M8, WKN: A0KF6M, have fallen below
the 75% limit of the voting rights on March 08, 2007 and now amount to
68.75% (this corresponds to 4400000 voting rights).
