Voting rights announcement according to § 26 (1) German Securities Trade
Act (WpHG)

In accordance with § 21 (1) of the German Securities Trade Act (WpHG),
Fidelity Management & Research Company, Massachusetts 02109, USA, has
informed us that the proportion of voting rights in MLP AG, Wiesloch,
exceeded the threshold of 3 % on March 13, 2007 and now totals 3.11%
(3,381,280 shares). The voting rights will be assigned to Fidelity
Management & Research Company in accordance with § 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6
German Securities Trade Act (WpHG).

FMR Corp. Boston, Massachusetts 02109, U.S.A. has informed us
in accordance with § 21 (1) German Securities Trade Act
(WpHG), that the combined proportion of voting rights in MLP AG, Wiesloch,
exceeded the threshold of 3 % on March 13, 2007 and now totals 3.14 %
(3,416,880 shares), including the allocation referred to above. The voting
rights will be assigned to FMR Corp. in accordance with § 22 (1) sentence 2
in connection with § 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 German Securities Trade Act
(WpHG).
