according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Allianz
SE, München, Deutschland have exceeded the 3% threshold on March 16,
2007 and now amount to 3.34% (14444851 shares).
All voting rights are attributed to JP Morgan Chase & Co. persuant to
