Berlin, 26.03.2007. The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of Eckert
& Ziegler (ISIN DE0005659700) have decided on the today's Supervisory Board
meeting to recommend a dividend payment of 0.25 EUR per share (previous
year: 0.15 EUR per share) to the shareholder meeting on 12 June 2007.

Information and Explaination of the Issuer to this News:

The amount corresponds to more than a third of the Profit for the Year (2.2
Mio EUR). Earnings per share amount to 0.71 EUR. Further details will be
published at the annual press conference on 29 March 2007 in Berlin.
