On March 30, 2007 , Mr Rainer Schorr, Deutschland has informed us according
to article 21, section 1a WpHG that his voting rights on ESTAVIS AG,
Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB, have exceeded the 3%,
5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50% limit of the voting rights on March 30,
2007 and now amount to 56.97% (this corresponds to 4400520 voting rights).
According to article 22, section 1, sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 48.87% of the
voting_rights (this corresponds to 3774567 voting rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Schorr from Rainer Schorr Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH
