On April 03, 2007 , Mr Rainer Schorr, Deutschland has informed us according
to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares his voting rights on ESTAVIS
AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB, have fallen below
the 50% limit of the voting rights on April 03, 2007 and now amount to
44.16% (this corresponds to 3410812 voting rights).
According to article 22, section 1, sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 36.91% of the
voting_rights (this corresponds to 2851421 voting rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Schorr from Rainer Schorr Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH
