Luxemburg has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via
shares its voting rights on ARQUES Industries AG, Starnberg, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0005156004, WKN: 515600, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting
rights on February 19, 2007 and now amount to 3.50% (this corresponds to
850000 voting rights).

3.50% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 850000 voting rights) is to
