By way of amendment of the previous published announcement of 14th March
2007 and pursuant to article 21 section 1a Securities Trading Act [WpHG],
we hereby declare that the voting stock of Michael Schmidt Beteiligungs-GbR
in HanseYachts AG amounted, on 8th March 2007, i.e. the date of the first
time admission of the shares in HanseYachts AG for trading purposes in an
organised market, to 38.28 % (2,450,000 of 6,400,000 voting rights).
