informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its
voting rights on ARQUES Industries AG, Starnberg, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005156004, WKN: 515600, have exceeded the 5% limit of the voting rights
on March 29, 2007 and now amount to 5.02% (this corresponds to 1218542
voting rights).

According to article 22, section 1, sentence 1, No. 6 in conjunction with
sentence 2 WpHG, 5.02% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1218542
