Voting Rights Notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1a WpHG we herewith
inform you that the voting right participation of. Galloway Ltd., c/o
Viking House, Nelson Street, Douglas, GB - Isle of Man IM1 2AH in ESTAVIS
AG, Uhlandstr. 165, 10719 Berlin as of 30 March 2007, being the date at
which the shares in ESTAVIS AG have been admitted to trading at the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange (sub-segment Prime Standard) for the first time,
amounts to approx. 7.12% (550,000 voting rights) and thus has exceeded the
thresholds as stated in section 21 para. 1 WpHG of 3 and 5%.
Of this approx. 0.65% (50,000 voting rights) are attributed to us
according to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2 WpHG.
