ESTAVIS AG Common NPV - Notification pursuant sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG
Asset Value Investors Limited ('AVI')
We hereby give notice pursuant to sec 21 para 1 of the WpHG that following
a purchase of 19,144 ordinary shares on 2 April 2007, the voting interest
held by the below mentioned registered holders under the discretionary
management of AVI, 3rd floor, Bennet House, 54 St James's Street, London,
SW1A 1JT in ESTAVIS AG Common NPV increased through the 3% threshold and
now amounts to 3.10%. AVI therefore now hold 239,144 ordinary shares under
discretionary management for the below registered holders.
All voting rights are attributable to itin accordance with sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.

The shares are registered as follows:
