Voting rights announcement according to § 26 (1) German Securities Trade
Act (WpHG)

Correction to the voting rights announcement

Regarding our voting rights announcement from April 13, 2007, we inform
that not as announced before the Fidelity Management & Research Company,
Boston, Massachusetts 02109 U.S.A., but the FMR Corp., Boston,
Massachusetts 02109, U.S.A., in accordance with
§ 21 (1) of the German Securities Trade Act (WpHG) has informed us, that
the proportion of voting rights in MLP AG, Wiesloch, exceeded the threshold
of 5 % on April 5, 2007 and now totals 5.07 % (5,513,918 shares). The
voting rights will be assigned to FMR Corp. in accordance with § 22 (1)
sentence 2 in connection with § 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 of the German
Securities Trade Act (WpHG).
