has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that the
shareholding of FMR Corp., 82 Devonshire Street, Boston, Massachusetts
02109, USA, on MTU Aero Engines Holding AG, München, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0D9PT0, WKN: A0D9PT, have fallen below the 5% limit of the voting
rights on April 18, 2007 and now amount to 4.15% (this corresponds to
2280050 voting rights).
According to article 22, section 1, sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG the voting
rights are to be attributed to the FMR Corp.
