REALTECH AG: Provisional quarterly figures for Q1/2007
REALTECH AG / Quarter Results
Release of an Ad hoc announcement according to § 15 WpHG, transmitted by

-Group revenue up 8% to EUR 14.2 million
-Consulting revenue up 8%
-Software business grows 9%
-EBIT up 87%
-Increase in net cash and cash equivalents, reduced cash flow
Walldorf, April 27, 2007. REALTECH AG recorded revenue of EUR 14.2 million
in the first quarter of 2007, 8% up on the figure for the previous year
(first quarter of 2006: EUR 13.1 million). Consulting revenues increased by
8% compared with Q1/2006 to EUR 11.4 million (EUR 10.5 million). Revenues
in the software segment rose by 9% to EUR 2.8 million (EUR 2.6 million).
EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization)
increased to EUR 1.0 million (EUR 0.7 million). Income from operations
(EBIT) was up 87% to EUR 0.8 million (EUR 0.4 million).
Net income amounted to EUR 0.3 million (EUR 0.1 million), corresponding to
earnings per share of EUR 0.06 (EUR 0.01).
In the first three months of 2007, the company recorded a EUR 1.1 million
cash flow from operating activities (EUR 1.5 million). At the end of March
2007, net cash and cash equivalents stood at EUR 29.0 million, compared
with EUR 28.0 million at the end of 2006 and EUR 27.4 million at the end of
last March.
REALTECH will be publishing its quarterly report for Q1/2007 on May 3,
2007.
