Hamburg / Seoul, 03 May 2007. Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy will supply
modules for building-integrated photovoltaics to the South-Korean company
LG Chem and give technical advise on respective project engineering. This
is the scope of an exclusive framework agreement amounting to 9.5 Mio US$
for the next four years, which has today been signed by Thorsten
Preugschas, Member of the Executive Board of Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG,
and SeungWoo Lee, Mananging Director of LG Chem Housing Material, in Seoul.

LG Chem has chosen Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy as exclusive partner based on
their high profile and project development knowledge due to a 3 MW-Project
with KD Solar in South Korea (see press release dated 18 June 2006) as well
as because of their experience in BIPV projects. LG Chem agrees to purchase
BIPV modules exclusively from Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG, Reinecke +
Pohl Sun Energy AG in retourn, will supply in South Korea exclusively LG
Chem with BIPV-modules.

For the Hamburg-based company, this is one further step into the
strategically important market of South-Korea and also increases its
competence in the field of BIPV-projects. According to experts, BIPV will
play an increasingly important role in South-Korea, as due to legal
regulations, 5 per cent of the total costs of public buildings with more
than 3000 sqm space have to be spent for renewable energy installations.

LG Chem is No 1 on the chemical field in South Korea (10.000 employees
worldwide, turnover 2006 approx 4,3 Billlion EUR) and is a member of the LG
Group. LG Chem is market leader in housing materials in South Korea.
