Berlin, Mai 8, 2007: ESTAVIS AG, one of the leading German real estate
companies focussing on the assembly and sale of property portfolios, has
mandated Peter Vogt as Investor & Public Relations speaker.

Peter Vogt has served more than six years as Head of Investor Relations of
Schering AG before starting its own business as consultant for Investor
Relations and Financial Communication at the beginning of 2007. On behalf
of ESTAVIS, Peter Vogt will be the contact for shareholders, analysts and
journalists.
