Rights on HanseYachts AG, Greifswald, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KF6M8, WKN:
A0KF6M, on March 08, 2007 amount to 35.94% (this corresponds to 2300000
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 35.94% of the
voting_rights (this corresponds to 2300000 voting rights) is to be
