21, Section 1 WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on E.ON AG,

the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 01, 2007 and now amount to 2.12%
(this corresponds to 14650440 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 0.21% of the
