Gordon Riske to leave the Management Board of DEUTZ AG

Gordon Riske, Chairman of the Management Board of DEUTZ AG in Cologne, is
leaving the company. He will assume the role of CEO of the Management Board
of Linde Material Handling GmbH (LMH) and also join the Executive Board of
KION Group GmbH. He will also represent LMH on the Executive Committee of
KION Group. Mr Riske will continue to work for DEUTZ AG until his successor
is appointed, but no later than 30 September 2007.
